While I wasn't able to produce a podcast this week - due to many meetings for a day job and writing a lot.

Ok one more thing to get you going...Gyrotonic and Gyrokinesis...Look them up and then come back and we gotta discuss! I hope to devote one whole podcast to fitness and your voice. I was told that taking Gyrokinesis opens your airways and is especially good for singers. I only took one beginning class and immediately felt a difference -- maybe it was mental. Now, I'm on the hunt for a dvd I can do at home. Also...I highly recommend taking pilates on the machine wherever you can find it! It's amazing and also strengthens your body! If you can't find an affordable Reformer (machine) class, try this:
